The one secret ingredient, the secret tool that every single successful person in the world uses to succeed.
Welcome back to a Monday minute, a post-holiday special recorded just 36 hours before my birthday. Today, I'm unveiling a secret weapon that transformed my life, business, and relationships—the power of breath. It took me 28 years to discover this game-changer. I use breath in three ways:
Every 30 minutes to an hour: An alarm reminds me to pause, take a 5.5-second inhale imagining filling my belly like a vase, followed by a 5.5-second exhale.
Intra-nasal breathing: When stress hits, I press one nostril, inhale for 5.5 seconds, exhale, and repeat on the other side. It's an instant energy boost.
Wim Hof method: Once a day, I dedicate 10 minutes to three intentional rounds of 30 breaths, training my lungs, body, and nervous system.
Breath is the secret tool used by successful individuals. Check out the book "Breathe" by James Nestor and incorporate these practices into your daily routine for a transformative experience. Remember, breath is the one thing we take for granted, but it's the one thing we wish we had when it's gone. Breathe, and watch your life change.
