Have you ever stopped to think about how to measure the quality of your life? I mean, truly stopped to think about how to measure the quality of your life. And I'm willing to bet that much of what you're measuring right now is not conscious or intentional. That's relatively easily to measure things like your net worth your physical appearance, how you feel about it, your career trajectory, but none of these measurements include the most important thing, how you feel.
Here's an important reminder. Everything you ever do is because you are in search of a feeling. I want to say that again, everything you ever do is because you are in search of a feeling, whether you know it consciously or not, you want a million dollars. Chances are you're searching for the feeling of freedom.
